Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, fostering their professional growth through regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee the entire creative production process, from conceptualization and design to final approval and delivery, ensuring a high standard of quality.
  • Manage the daily workflow, project pipeline, and resource allocation for the design team, utilizing project management tools to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Act as the principal guardian of the company's visual identity, ensuring all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines across all platforms and channels.
  • Collaborate strategically with marketing, sales, and product development teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual designs and campaigns.
  • Provide clear, actionable creative direction and constructive feedback on all design projects to elevate the quality and effectiveness of the work.
  • Develop and pitch innovative visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and corporate communications.
