Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conceptualize, wireframe, and execute original, user-focused designs for websites, landing pages, and web applications from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive UI/UX design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Design visually stunning and responsive web layouts that ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Create a wide range of digital assets, including icons, illustrations, typography, promotional banners, and infographics that align with our brand identity.
- Collaborate directly with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect translation of designs into functional code and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
- Act as a brand steward, responsible for creating, maintaining, and evolving our visual identity, brand guidelines, and digital style guides to ensure consistency.
- Design engaging and effective email marketing templates, newsletters, and social media graphics that drive user engagement and support marketing objectives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and evaluate user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the user experience.
- Translate complex concepts and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use design solutions for our digital products.
