Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions

- Perform corrective maintenance on solar arrays, which may include replacing faulty inverters, modules, or wiring to restore system performance and ensure optimal energy production.
- Utilize specialized safety and climbing equipment to work at significant heights on wind turbine towers, adhering to stringent fall protection and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Install and configure smart building technologies and energy management systems (EMS) that control HVAC, lighting, and other building systems for optimal energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks and system commissioning tests to verify that newly installed green technologies operate safely and meet all performance specifications and design requirements.
- Maintain, service, and repair geothermal heat pump systems, including troubleshooting issues within the ground loop, heat pump, and distribution system.
- Read and meticulously interpret blueprints, one-line electrical schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate installation and seamless system integration.
- Safely handle and manage system components, tools, and heavy equipment, ensuring a clean, organized, and secure job site throughout the project lifecycle.
