Harvest, grade, and package plants, flowers, and produce according to strict quality standards and customer specifications.
Skillfully perform pruning, pinching, disbudding, and spacing of plants to promote healthy growth, desired shape, and proper air circulation.
Assist with the integrated pest management (IPM) program by scouting for pests, deploying beneficial insects, and applying treatments as directed.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of plant growth, treatments, and environmental conditions to track progress and inform future growing cycles.
Prepare and set up greenhouse benches, beds, and production areas for new planting cycles, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
