Primary Functions
- Spearhead all daily operations within the grocery, dairy, and frozen food departments, ensuring seamless execution from opening to closing to maintain brand standards.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide consistent and constructive coaching, and actively develop team members for future growth opportunities within the organization.
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules to ensure optimal floor coverage based on customer traffic patterns and labor budget, while complying with all labor laws and company policies.
