- Develop clear and comprehensive bid specifications and requests for proposals (RFPs) for landscape maintenance, tree care, and installation projects to ensure accurate and competitive bidding.
- Guide clients through the evaluation of contractor bids and the selection of qualified landscape service providers, ensuring a fair, transparent, and value-driven procurement process.
- Act as the owner's representative by providing quality assurance oversight for landscape contractors, ensuring strict compliance with contract specifications and industry best practices.
