Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Perform comprehensive turf management duties, including mowing, edging, line trimming, and aerating on various types of terrain.
Operate a wide array of grounds maintenance power equipment such as commercial-grade zero-turn mowers, tractors, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and tillers in a safe and efficient manner.

Maintain the cleanliness and order of all outdoor areas by regularly collecting and disposing of trash, litter, and natural debris from grounds, parking lots, and walkways.
Prepare and maintain athletic fields for sports activities, which involves lining fields, dragging infields, setting up goals, and ensuring playing surfaces are safe and ready for use.
Monitor the health and condition of all plant life on the property, identifying early signs of disease, pest infestation, or environmental stress and reporting them to the supervisor.
Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems, including fixing sprinkler heads, adjusting watering schedules, and troubleshooting minor line breaks.

Secondary Functions
