Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Serve as the senior-most client contact and strategic leader across a portfolio of key accounts, building and nurturing C-suite relationships founded on trust, transparency, and demonstrable strategic value.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, long-term account plans that identify and unlock significant growth opportunities, ensuring deep alignment with clients' core business objectives and driving measurable ROI.
  • Assume ultimate accountability for the financial health and profitability of your account group, including accurate revenue forecasting, P&L management, SOW development, budget reconciliation, and resource optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team of Account Directors, Supervisors, and Executives, fostering their professional development through coaching and creating a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Act as a key agency leader, collaborating seamlessly with creative, strategy, media, and production departments to ensure the delivery of integrated, innovative, and award-worthy work that exceeds client expectations.
  • Drive organic growth by proactively identifying and pitching new projects, services, and ideas to existing clients, effectively expanding the agency's remit and strengthening the partnership.
  • Master the client's business, brand, and competitive landscape, acting as an indispensable strategic advisor who brings proactive insights and anticipates future market trends and challenges.
