Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimize comprehensive multi-channel growth strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, content marketing, email, social media, and affiliate programs.
  • Own the entire marketing funnel from awareness and acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement at each stage.
  • Design, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms, with a focus on maximizing ROI and minimizing CAC.
  • Plan, implement, and analyze a robust A/B testing and multivariate experimentation framework for landing pages, ad creatives, email copy, and user flows to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Conduct in-depth user journey analysis to identify friction points and opportunities for engagement, leveraging both quantitative data and qualitative user feedback.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to build, manage, and refine complex lead nurturing workflows, segmentation strategies, and personalized communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the content team to ideate and create high-impact content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies) that aligns with SEO goals and drives organic lead generation.
  • Partner with the product team to support new feature launches, drive user adoption, and integrate marketing initiatives directly into the product experience.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and user behavior to generate actionable insights, creating detailed reports and dashboards for key stakeholders to demonstrate marketing's impact.
  • Manage and allocate the growth marketing budget effectively, providing accurate forecasting and reporting on campaign performance and return on investment.
  • Develop and scale referral, affiliate, and partnership marketing programs to create new, cost-effective acquisition channels.
  • Perform rigorous keyword research, competitive analysis, and both on-page and off-page SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Conceptualize, build, and optimize landing pages and signup flows to ensure a seamless and high-converting user experience.
  • Stay at the forefront of growth marketing trends, constantly exploring and testing new channels, technologies, and "growth hacks" to find untapped opportunities.
  • Work alongside creative and design teams to develop compelling, on-brand ad copy, visuals, and video content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Implement sophisticated user segmentation to deliver highly personalized email, push notification, and in-app messaging campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
  • Monitor, track, and report on core growth metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), churn rates, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth lead handoff process and create a cohesive customer experience from first touch to advocacy.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities, industry trends, and potential threats.
  • Drive the strategy for lifecycle marketing, including user onboarding, engagement, and win-back campaigns, to increase customer lifetime value.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Deep proficiency with web analytics platforms, particularly Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, for tracking and reporting.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta for Business, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO principles and practical experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, including advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a working knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
