Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Analyze the entire marketing and sales funnel, from lead acquisition to customer conversion and retention, to identify key trends, drop-off points, and opportunities for optimization.
- Design, build, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Own and manage the lead lifecycle process, including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing, to ensure a seamless handoff between marketing and sales and to maximize conversion rates.
- Administer and optimize our growth technology stack, including the CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), and other sales/marketing tools, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
- Develop and execute a framework for A/B testing and experimentation across various channels (email, landing pages, in-app messaging) to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and user engagement.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, segmentation, and cohort performance to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of our marketing and sales database, implementing data cleansing, enrichment, and governance processes to ensure a single source of truth.
- Partner with marketing to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, providing data-driven recommendations for budget allocation and channel strategy.
- Support the sales team by creating and refining sales processes, building reports to track pipeline health, and providing data-backed insights on sales performance.
- Develop and document operational processes and workflows to ensure scalability and consistency as the company grows.
- Forecast key business metrics, including pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition, and perform variance analysis to understand performance against targets.
- Collaborate with Finance and leadership to model different growth scenarios and their impact on revenue and company goals.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor and analyze competitive and market trends to identify new growth opportunities or potential risks.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and allow teams to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all growth-related data and systems, troubleshooting issues and providing support to the marketing and sales teams.
- Manage third-party data vendors and tools, evaluating their effectiveness and integrating them into our existing ecosystem.
- Define and implement tracking and attribution models to accurately measure the impact of all growth initiatives across multiple touchpoints.
- Create detailed analyses of our customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) to ensure we are acquiring customers profitably.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and a a nalytics teams to ensure data infrastructure supports the evolving needs of the growth organization.
- Drive the planning and execution of the quarterly and annual growth strategy by providing foundational data and performance insights.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)
- Advanced SQL: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Business Intelligence (BI) Tools: Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
