Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Design, execute, and manage end-to-end multi-channel growth marketing campaigns, including email, paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), SEM, and content marketing to drive measurable user acquisition.
- Develop and implement a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap across the entire user journey—from ad copy and landing pages to email subject lines and in-app messaging—to continuously optimize conversion rates.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, user behavior data, and customer funnels to identify key insights, trends, and high-impact opportunities for growth.
- Own and operate our marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io), building and refining complex workflows for lead nurturing, user onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Manage the entire campaign execution process, including creative briefing, technical setup with tracking parameters, budget management, and comprehensive post-campaign analysis and reporting.
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of growth experiments using frameworks like ICE or RICE, ensuring a high-velocity testing environment.
- Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and churn.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into user conversion funnels to pinpoint friction points, identify drop-off stages, and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Manage and optimize paid media budgets and performance across various digital advertising platforms, focusing on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Instrument, troubleshoot, and maintain marketing analytics and event tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Segment, Amplitude) to ensure data integrity and accuracy for all growth initiatives.
- Perform customer segmentation analysis to create personalized marketing messages, targeted campaigns, and tailored user experiences.
- Utilize SQL to query our data warehouse for complex user behavior analysis, custom audience creation, and in-depth performance measurement.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, new growth channels, and emerging marketing technologies to bring innovative and untested ideas to the team.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to launch new growth-focused features and initiatives that enhance user experience and retention.
- Conduct qualitative user research through surveys, customer interviews, and feedback analysis to complement quantitative data and understand user motivations.
- Optimize website SEO, including on-page elements, keyword strategy, and technical SEO, to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Craft compelling, conversion-focused copy for advertisements, emails, landing pages, and other marketing assets that effectively communicates our value proposition.
- Manage the technical aspects of our marketing stack, ensuring seamless integration and data flow between platforms like our CRM, analytics tools, and ad networks.
- Document all experiment hypotheses, results, and key learnings to build a centralized knowledge base and playbook for the entire growth organization.
- Support the development and execution of referral, affiliate, and partnership marketing programs to leverage our existing user base for scalable growth.
