Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Actively assist in the end-to-end execution of growth marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid ads (PPC/SEM), and content marketing.
  • Collect, organize, and perform initial analysis on campaign performance data, user behavior, and marketing funnel metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Help create and maintain performance dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and churn.
  • Support the planning and implementation of A/B tests and other conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments on websites, landing pages, and in-app messaging.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify new growth channels, industry trends, and strategic opportunities for the business.
  • Collaborate with the content team to support the creation and distribution of growth-oriented content, such as blog posts, case studies, and lead magnets.
  • Provide direct support for search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives by performing keyword research, assisting with on-page optimization, and tracking search engine rankings.
  • Manage and segment customer data within the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to support targeted communication and personalization efforts.
  • Assist in building and managing automated workflows for email nurturing, user onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns to improve retention.
  • Monitor and engage with online communities on social media and other relevant platforms to foster brand advocacy and gather direct user feedback.
  • Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and to relay market feedback that could influence product development.
  • Help manage the marketing budget by meticulously tracking advertising spend and campaign expenses to ensure alignment with allocated resources.
  • Prepare detailed post-campaign analysis reports, highlighting successes, failures, and key learnings to inform and improve future strategies.
  • Support the management and optimization of user acquisition funnels, from top-of-funnel awareness campaigns to bottom-of-funnel conversion tactics.
  • Aid in the development and documentation of growth processes and playbooks to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing within the expanding team.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers on specific marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
