Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Cultivate and nurture a personal client book by proactively engaging with clients, building lasting, trust-based relationships to drive repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
- Deliver an exceptional, world-class client experience from initial welcome to post-sale follow-up, ensuring every interaction is personalized, memorable, and aligns with Gucci's service standards.
- Achieve and consistently exceed personal sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs), including units per transaction (UPT) and data capture rate.
- Act as a master storyteller, eloquently communicating the rich heritage of the Gucci brand, the inspiration behind collections, and the intricate details of product craftsmanship.
- Provide expert styling and wardrobe advice, demonstrating a deep understanding of current fashion trends, our product range, and the client's individual needs and lifestyle.
- Drive business through proactive client outreach, including personalized communications regarding new arrivals, exclusive events, and items of interest based on their purchasing history.
- Master and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all product categories, from ready-to-wear and leather goods to shoes and accessories, acting as a true expert.
- Seamlessly guide clients through the entire sales process, including product selection, fitting, payment, and after-sales service, ensuring a smooth and luxurious transaction.
- Meticulously capture and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system to support personalized outreach and a deeper understanding of your client portfolio.
- Handle client concerns and feedback with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset, escalating issues when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.

- Manage client appointments and personalized shopping consultations, preparing curated selections in advance to create a highly tailored experience.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including coordinating repairs, managing returns/exchanges, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction long after the purchase.
