Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Greet all members and guests with a high-energy, friendly, and professional demeanor to create a positive and welcoming first impression.
  • Manage the front desk check-in process efficiently, ensuring all members are properly accounted for and resolving any membership or account issues with poise.
  • Conduct engaging and informative tours for prospective members, passionately highlighting the club's features, benefits, and unique community atmosphere.
  • Drive membership sales by confidently presenting membership options, overcoming objections, and guiding new members through the enrollment process to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Process membership applications, payments, cancellations, and freezes accurately using the club's designated CRM and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Proactively engage with members on the gym floor, building rapport, offering encouragement, and ensuring they have a positive and productive workout experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all gym services, programs, and class schedules to effectively answer member inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Proactively restock supplies in restrooms, locker rooms, and cleaning stations throughout the shift to ensure they are always available for members.
  • Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of fitness equipment, reporting any malfunctions or necessary repairs to the maintenance department promptly.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

Experience Requirements
