Primary Functions

  • Conduct thorough, personalized client consultations to analyze hair condition, facial structure, and lifestyle factors to recommend appropriate styles and treatments.
  • Expertly perform a full range of hair coloring services, including but not limited to, single-process color, double-process color, highlights, balayage, ombre, and creative color applications.
  • Execute precision haircuts for men, women, and children using a variety of advanced techniques with shears, razors, and clippers.
  • Provide professional hair styling services, from everyday blowouts and thermal styling to intricate updos, formal event styling, and bridal hair.
  • Administer a variety of chemical texture services, such as perms, body waves, and chemical straightening/relaxing treatments, ensuring client safety and desired results.
  • Perform specialized hair and scalp treatments, including deep conditioning, keratin smoothing treatments, and scalp therapy, to improve the health and integrity of the hair.
  • Educate clients on proper home care techniques and recommend personalized retail products to help them maintain their style and hair health between visits.
  • Proactively build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service, follow-up communication, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and sanitation at your personal station and in common salon areas, adhering to all state board regulations.
