- Educate clients with clarity and passion on the science behind their hair condition, the benefits of the recommended treatments, and the proper use of at-home care products.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting consultation notes, treatment formulas, application processes, processing times, and observed results for future appointments.
- Drive retail sales by confidently recommending and selling professional hair care products that are integral to the client's treatment plan and hair health maintenance.
- Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and safety, ensuring your workstation, tools, and all equipment are impeccably clean and sterilized in accordance with state board regulations.
