Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Educate clients with clarity and passion on the science behind their hair condition, the benefits of the recommended treatments, and the proper use of at-home care products.
Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting consultation notes, treatment formulas, application processes, processing times, and observed results for future appointments.
