Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Payroll & Commission Administration: Accurately process and submit bi-weekly or monthly payroll, meticulously calculating hours, commissions, tips, and bonuses for all team members.
  • Vendor & Supplier Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for product vendors, equipment suppliers, and service providers, negotiating terms and ensuring the salon receives high-quality support and materials.
