Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conceptualize, sketch, and develop innovative and original design ideas for new handcrafted products and collections, aligning with brand identity and market trends.
- Create detailed technical drawings and design specifications, outlining materials, dimensions, colorways, and precise construction techniques.
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes and samples by hand, meticulously testing and refining designs to ensure feasibility, durability, and aesthetic integrity.

- Manage the entire product design lifecycle from initial ideation and trend research through to the creation of the final, market-ready product.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, understand customer preferences, and ensure product designs are commercially viable and unique.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to articulate the story, inspiration, and unique selling points of each product for compelling campaigns.
- Maintain an impeccable, organized, and safe workshop environment, including the regular maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Document the creative and production process through notes, photographs, and videos for archival, training, and marketing content purposes.
- Implement and oversee rigorous quality control standards at every stage of production to ensure each finished piece is flawless and meets brand expectations.
- Develop and experiment with new color palettes, material combinations, and finishing techniques to drive innovation and refresh product lines.
