Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Directly supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of hardware technicians, including assigning tasks, managing workloads, and monitoring ticket queues.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle management of all company hardware assets, including desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, and mobile devices, from procurement to disposal.
