Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Direct and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and site mobilization through to final inspections and project closeout, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
Provide strong, visible leadership to the entire on-site team, including superintendents, foremen, and skilled labor, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Champion and enforce a rigorous safety program, ensuring strict compliance with all OSHA and local safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment for all personnel.
Manage and control the project budget, meticulously tracking costs, processing invoices, and approving expenditures to ensure project delivery within financial targets.
Develop, maintain, and drive the master project schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays to ensure all milestones and completion dates are met.
Uphold the highest standards of quality control, conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions to ensure all work meets or exceeds plans, specifications, and client expectations.
