Primary Functions
- Direct and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and site mobilization through to final inspections and project closeout, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Provide strong, visible leadership to the entire on-site team, including superintendents, foremen, and skilled labor, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Champion and enforce a rigorous safety program, ensuring strict compliance with all OSHA and local safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment for all personnel.
