Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Establish and drive a clear, cohesive design vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overarching business goals and product roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, multi-disciplinary design team, including product designers, user researchers, and visual designers, fostering their professional development and career growth.
- Oversee the entire end-to-end design process, from discovery and conceptualization to high-fidelity mockups and implementation, ensuring excellence at every stage.
- Champion a robust, user-centered design culture across the entire organization, embedding design thinking principles and advocating for the user in all key decisions.
