Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Spearhead the investigation, surveillance, and monitoring of acute and chronic communicable diseases, including conducting confidential case interviews and leading contact tracing efforts to mitigate community spread.

- Maintain meticulous, confidential, and legally compliant records of all investigations, interventions, and communications in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards.
