Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA) to identify key health priorities, service gaps, and underlying social determinants of health.
- Analyze and interpret complex quantitative and qualitative data from various sources (e.g., epidemiological, demographic, clinical) to identify health trends, disparities, and priorities.
