Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Conduct comprehensive site safety audits and inspections focused specifically on fall protection systems, equipment, and work practices.
Develop, implement, and rigorously manage site-specific fall protection plans and detailed rescue procedures for various scenarios.
Perform and document in-depth risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) for all tasks involving potential fall hazards.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

Current certification as a Fall Protection Competent Person and/or Qualified Person (as defined by OSHA).
SPRAT or IRATA certification (Level II or III preferred) demonstrating proficiency in industrial rope access techniques.
