Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Strategic Program Design & Development: Conceptualize, build, and continuously refine a multi-faceted wellness strategy that aligns with business objectives and addresses the diverse needs of our employee population across physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being.
- End-to-End Program Lifecycle Management: Oversee all aspects of program execution, from initial ideation and business case development through to implementation, promotion, ongoing management, and post-program analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership Alignment: Act as the primary liaison for wellness initiatives, cultivating strong relationships with senior leadership, HR business partners, and employee resource groups to secure buy-in, communicate progress, and ensure programs are deeply integrated across the business.
- Budget and Financial Oversight: Spearhead the end-to-end financial management of all HFW programs, including meticulous budget creation, forecasting, and tracking of expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation and a strong return on investment.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Lead the identification, evaluation, and selection of external wellness vendors, partners, and consultants; manage contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and ongoing partner performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
