- Execute put-away tasks by accurately scanning and placing incoming pallets of product into their designated rack locations according to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) directives.

- Accurately pull and prepare full pallet orders for shipment, ensuring the correct product, lot number, and quantity are selected and staged in the appropriate outbound lane.
- Conduct systematic loading and unloading of trailers, containers, and flatbeds, ensuring weight is distributed properly and goods are secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Utilize a handheld RF (Radio Frequency) scanner to meticulously record all product movements, inventory transfers, and location changes in real-time within the WMS to maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.
- Perform rigorous pre-shift and post-shift safety and operational inspections of the high reach truck, documenting any mechanical issues or safety concerns on the daily checklist and reporting them immediately to a supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all company, OSHA, and facility-specific safety protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), observing speed limits, and maintaining awareness of pedestrian traffic.
- Maintain the forklift's power source by performing battery changing procedures, including watering and cleaning, according to the established schedule and safety guidelines.
- Navigate narrow aisles and high-traffic areas with exceptional spatial awareness and control to prevent damage to racking, equipment, and product.
- Participate actively in cycle counting programs and periodic full physical inventories, using the high reach truck to access and verify quantities in high-level racking.
- Consolidate partial pallets into full pallets and perform necessary wrapping or banding to ensure stability for storage and transport.
