Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Execute a wide range of routine and preventative maintenance tasks on residential properties to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and longevity of building systems.
Diagnose and proficiently repair common plumbing issues, including but not limited to leaky faucets, clogged drains, running toilets, and the repair or replacement of garbage disposals and water heaters.

Perform skilled carpentry work, encompassing the repair or installation of interior and exterior doors, windows, trim, baseboards, cabinets, and custom shelving.
Complete interior and exterior painting projects, which includes proper surface preparation (patching, sanding, priming) and applying paint to walls, ceilings, and trim to a professional standard.
Install, repair, and maintain various types of flooring, including laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), ceramic tile, and carpet.
Conduct comprehensive drywall repairs, from patching small holes to cutting out and replacing damaged sections, followed by taping, mudding, and texture matching.
Assemble and securely install a variety of items such as furniture, shelving units, television mounts, and major household appliances according to manufacturer specifications.
Inspect, clean, and perform minor repairs on roofing, gutters, and siding to prevent water intrusion and mitigate potential structural damage.
