Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Execute a wide range of routine and preventative maintenance tasks on residential properties to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and longevity of building systems.
- Diagnose and proficiently repair common plumbing issues, including but not limited to leaky faucets, clogged drains, running toilets, and the repair or replacement of garbage disposals and water heaters.

- Complete interior and exterior painting projects, which includes proper surface preparation (patching, sanding, priming) and applying paint to walls, ceilings, and trim to a professional standard.
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of flooring, including laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), ceramic tile, and carpet.
- Conduct comprehensive drywall repairs, from patching small holes to cutting out and replacing damaged sections, followed by taping, mudding, and texture matching.
- Assemble and securely install a variety of items such as furniture, shelving units, television mounts, and major household appliances according to manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect, clean, and perform minor repairs on roofing, gutters, and siding to prevent water intrusion and mitigate potential structural damage.
- Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs on common household appliances like refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and washing/drying machines.
