Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance rounds on critical hospital equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and medical gas systems, meticulously documenting all findings in the CMMS.

- Execute a variety of skilled plumbing tasks, including clearing drains, repairing leaking faucets and toilets, and addressing issues with water heaters and pipe systems to maintain sanitation and water service.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor to moderate electrical issues, such as replacing faulty outlets, switches, ballasts, and light fixtures, while adhering to strict electrical safety protocols (LOTO).
- Monitor and adjust building automation systems (BAS) to maintain optimal temperature, humidity, and air pressure levels in sensitive areas like operating rooms, labs, and patient wings.
- Perform general carpentry and structural repairs, including patching and painting drywall, repairing doors and hardware, replacing ceiling tiles, and assembling furniture or fixtures.
