Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Machine Setup & Operation: Expertly set up, calibrate, and operate a variety of hot stamping and heat transfer presses according to detailed work orders and production schedules.

- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, process inconsistencies, and quality issues in real-time to minimize downtime and material waste.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Accurately and diligently complete all required production logs, quality control reports, and setup sheets, maintaining a clear record of process parameters for future runs.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery, to ensure equipment remains in peak operating condition.

- Setup & Teardown Efficiency: Execute efficient changeovers between production jobs, skillfully managing the teardown of the previous setup and the preparation for the next to reduce machine idle time.
