Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conduct comprehensive, in-depth consultations with clients to fully understand their lifestyle requirements, aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and long-term real estate investment goals.
  • Perform detailed market analysis and property valuations to advise clients on optimal buying, selling, and investment strategies in target neighborhoods.
  • Guide clients through the entire property acquisition process, from identifying and shortlisting potential homes to coordinating viewings and providing objective feedback.
  • Develop and present sophisticated design concepts, mood boards, and spatial plans that reflect the client's vision while maximizing the property's potential and value.
  • Create and manage detailed project budgets for renovations, furnishings, and installations, ensuring financial transparency and adherence to approved spending.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and a network of external professionals, including architects, contractors, engineers, artisans, and real estate attorneys.
  • Orchestrate and manage full-scale renovation and construction projects, overseeing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality control from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
  • Source, procure, and coordinate the delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and finishes, negotiating with vendors to secure favorable terms.
  • Develop comprehensive staging strategies for properties being listed for sale to maximize their appeal and achieve a premium market price.
  • Prepare and negotiate complex offers, contracts, and other legal documents on behalf of the client, ensuring their interests are protected at all stages.
  • Provide expert guidance on zoning laws, building codes, and permit acquisition processes to ensure all project work is compliant with local regulations.
  • Conduct regular, detailed site inspections and progress reviews, providing clients with consistent, clear, and actionable updates.
  • Cultivate and maintain a curated network of high-quality, reliable vendors, contractors, and craftspeople to execute projects to the highest standard.
  • Advise clients on integrating smart home technology and sustainable, energy-efficient solutions into their properties.
  • Develop long-term property management and maintenance plans for clients post-acquisition or renovation to preserve the value and integrity of their asset.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of client moves, including managing movers, utility transfers, and initial home setup for a seamless transition.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in interior design, architecture, real estate markets, and building technology to provide cutting-edge advice.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, summarizing market data, project progress, and financial status in a clear, professional manner.
