Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Conduct comprehensive initial client consultations to capture their vision, lifestyle requirements, functional needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget constraints.
Develop creative and functional preliminary design concepts, including hand sketches, block diagrams, and digital massing models to explore various layout possibilities.
Create detailed and accurate architectural drawings, including floor plans, exterior elevations, roof plans, and building sections using CAD and BIM software.
