Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Direct, supervise, and mentor a diverse team of household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, nannies, groundskeepers, and drivers, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure the property is maintained to immaculate standards.

- Develop and manage the annual household budget, meticulously tracking all expenditures, processing invoices, and providing regular financial reports to the principals.
- Create and maintain a detailed household inventory system for all valuables, art, antiques, fine china, silver, and linens, conducting regular audits.
- Manage the procurement of all household supplies, including groceries, cleaning products, and personal items, ensuring the highest quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of private functions and social events, from menu planning and decor to staffing and guest services, ensuring a flawless guest experience.
- Oversee the comprehensive maintenance and care of the property, including structures, landscaping, pools, and all interior/exterior systems (HVAC, security, A/V).
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all household appliances, equipment, and vehicles to minimize downtime and costly repairs.
- Manage the household calendar, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, social engagements, and staff schedules to ensure a seamless flow of activities.
- Ensure the highest level of security and privacy for the family and property, managing security personnel, alarm systems, and access control protocols.
- Supervise and assist with hands-on tasks as needed, including formal service, housekeeping, and organization, leading by example to uphold standards.
