Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Travel to customer locations in a company-provided vehicle to perform comprehensive diagnostics on malfunctioning residential appliances.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, multimeters, and technical schematics to accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues.

- Install new household appliances according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring proper and safe operation before completing the job.
