Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Dive into the full-cycle recruitment process by posting job descriptions, screening incoming resumes, and coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Actively support our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing potential candidates through various online channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks.
- Play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience for new hires by preparing orientation materials and assisting with their first-day activities.
- Ensure the integrity of our employee data by meticulously maintaining and updating records within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) while upholding strict confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation and management of essential HR documents, including offer letters, employment verification letters, and new hire paperwork packets.
- Become a champion of our company culture by helping to plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as a reliable support system for the broader HR team by providing administrative assistance, such as managing calendars, organizing digital files, and handling departmental correspondence.
- Contribute meaningfully to high-impact HR projects, which could involve researching and updating company policies, developing training content, or supporting HR compliance audits.
- Support the employee offboarding process by helping to schedule exit interviews, processing termination paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures, and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
- Assist the benefits administration team during key periods like open enrollment, helping to communicate changes and answer employee questions.

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
