Primary Functions
- Guest Engagement: Greet every customer with a genuine smile and a warm, friendly welcome, setting a positive tone for their visit.
- Flavor Expertise: Develop a deep knowledge of all ice cream flavors, ingredients, and potential allergens to confidently answer customer questions and make personalized recommendations.
- Sampling: Proactively and cheerfully offer samples to guests, guiding them through the flavor journey to help them find their perfect match.
- Order Fulfillment: Skillfully scoop and serve ice cream, gelato, and sorbet into cups or cones, ensuring portion sizes are consistent and presentation is neat.
