Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the enterprise-wide idea management platform and process, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience for submission, collaboration, and tracking.
- Develop and execute strategic "innovation campaigns" or "challenges" focused on solving specific business problems, driving participation and generating a high volume of quality, relevant ideas.

- Act as the primary liaison between idea submitters, subject matter experts, and leadership, ensuring consistent communication and feedback throughout the evaluation and development process.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and strategy teams to ensure the innovation pipeline is directly aligned with the company's long-term goals, market opportunities, and strategic priorities.
- Develop compelling business cases for high-potential ideas, incorporating market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment to secure stakeholder buy-in and funding.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the innovation program, such as participation rates, idea quality, conversion rates, and the business value of implemented ideas.
