Primary Functions

  • Conduct in-depth, confidential consultations to fully understand a client's career goals, lifestyle, personal values, and budget to create a tailored image strategy.

  • Analyze body shape, proportions, and facial features to provide expert recommendations on clothing styles, cuts, fabrics, and patterns that enhance assets and create balance.
  • Execute thorough wardrobe audits and closet organization sessions, helping clients to declutter, edit, and build a versatile and functional collection of clothing and accessories.
  • Develop personalized style guides and lookbooks that serve as a lasting resource for clients, outlining key outfit combinations, style principles, and brand recommendations.
  • Plan and lead personal shopping trips, pre-selecting items from various retailers to create an efficient and successful shopping experience that aligns with the client's new style direction.
  • Provide coaching on non-verbal communication, including body language, posture, and gestures, to ensure clients project confidence and approachability in social and professional settings.
  • Advise on professional etiquette and business protocol for various situations, including meetings, dining, networking events, and international business contexts.
  • Coach clients on verbal communication skills, focusing on tone of voice, articulation, and messaging to enhance their impact and persuasive abilities.
  • Guide clients on all aspects of personal grooming, including hair, makeup, and skincare, often collaborating with other specialists like hairstylists and makeup artists.
  • Develop and deliver corporate workshops and group training sessions on topics such as professional dress codes, executive presence, and brand ambassadorship.
  • Create and manage digital branding by advising on professional headshots, social media profile imagery, and online presence to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Prepare clients for specific high-stakes events, such as media appearances, public speaking engagements, job interviews, or important presentations.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Experience Requirements
