Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead and own the entire end-to-end implementation lifecycle for a portfolio of new, often complex, enterprise clients, from post-sale kickoff to successful go-live.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client stakeholders, including C-level executives and project teams, building strong, consultative relationships.
- Develop, maintain, and rigorously execute detailed project plans, scope documents, and communication plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery workshops and business process reviews to deeply understand client objectives, pain points, and success criteria, translating them into a clear implementation strategy.
- Architect and document tailored solution designs and configuration plans that align the platform's capabilities with the client's specific business requirements and long-term goals.
- Orchestrate and coordinate internal cross-functional teams—including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support—to ensure alignment and timely execution of project deliverables.
- Lead all client-facing project meetings, including status calls, steering committee reviews, and executive business reviews, providing clear communication, progress updates, and strategic guidance.
- Manage the client data migration process, including defining data requirements, overseeing data mapping and transformation, and ensuring data integrity upon import into the platform.
- Oversee the technical configuration and customization of the software platform according to the agreed-upon solution design, either directly or by guiding technical specialists.
- Define and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy with clients, creating test scripts, tracking issues to resolution, and securing formal sign-off.
- Design and facilitate comprehensive client training programs, ensuring end-users are well-equipped and confident in using the platform to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, channeling client feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to influence the future roadmap and product enhancements.
- Proactively manage project scope and client expectations, creating and processing change orders for any work that falls outside the original Statement of Work (SOW).
- Create and deliver a comprehensive handover package to the Customer Success Manager, ensuring a seamless transition from the implementation phase to the ongoing client lifecycle.

- Mentor, coach, and guide junior Implementation Specialists, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the professional services team.

- Report on project portfolio health, key performance indicators (KPIs), and client satisfaction metrics to departmental leadership.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)

- Deep experience with SaaS implementation, configuration, and go-live processes, preferably within a B2B or enterprise software environment.

Experience Requirements
