Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Meticulously manage the setting of hatching eggs into incubators, ensuring correct handling, orientation, and documentation to maintain complete traceability from flock to hatch.
Continuously monitor and regulate the critical environmental conditions within incubators and hatchers, including temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, and air-flow, to foster optimal embryonic development.

Implement and rigorously enforce all biosecurity and sanitation protocols for facilities, equipment, and personnel to prevent the introduction and spread of pathogenic agents.
