Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct comprehensive on-site diagnostic assessments of client operations, including manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, inventory management, and quality control systems.

- Develop and implement robust performance management systems, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational dashboards to monitor progress and sustain gains.
- Advise senior leadership on the strategic adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, automation, robotics, and advanced analytics, to create "smart factories."
- Manage complex client engagements, including project scoping, charter development, resource planning, budget management, and timeline adherence.
- Act as the primary liaison between the project team and client stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating progress, risks, and results to executive leadership.
- Develop detailed business cases and financial models to justify capital expenditures and process improvement initiatives, clearly articulating the projected ROI.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) on persistent quality defects, production delays, and safety incidents using methodologies like 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams.
- Architect and implement advanced inventory control strategies, such as Just-In-Time (JIT), Kanban, and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), to optimize working capital.
- Evaluate and improve workplace safety protocols and ergonomic standards to reduce incidents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Guide client organizations through the complexities of change management, building buy-in from the shop floor to the C-suite for new processes and systems.
- Author and present high-impact deliverables, including diagnostic findings, strategic recommendations, final project reports, and executive summaries.
- Mentor and coach client personnel, transferring knowledge and skills to ensure the long-term sustainability of implemented improvements.
- Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of enterprise-level software, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Create sophisticated simulation models of production lines or supply chains to test hypotheses, validate proposed changes, and predict performance outcomes before implementation.
- Conduct industry benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify best practices and position clients for market leadership.
- Design and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Lead projects focused on network optimization, including facility location analysis, distribution center design, and transportation routing to minimize total logistics costs.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)
