Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Manage, operate, and optimize our core influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Grin, CreatorIQ, Upfluence) for discovery, campaign management, content collection, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive tracking systems using UTM parameters, vanity URLs, affiliate links, and platform pixels to accurately measure campaign performance and attribute ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis on influencer performance metrics, audience demographics, and engagement data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Oversee the complete technical onboarding process for new influencers, ensuring they are equipped with correct tracking links, promotional codes, and have seamless access to necessary platforms.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance sophisticated dashboards and automated reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to visualize campaign results and KPIs for key stakeholders.
  • Perform rigorous technical vetting of potential creator partners, analyzing their audience health, engagement authenticity, and historical performance data to mitigate risk and ensure brand alignment.
  • Administer and configure our Influencer Relationship Management (IRM) system, ensuring a clean, organized, and actionable database of current and potential creator partners.
  • Manage the technical setup and execution of influencer content whitelisting and amplification strategies in close collaboration with the paid media team.
  • Troubleshoot and rapidly resolve technical issues related to campaign tracking, content APIs, influencer platform glitches, and data integration discrepancies.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging social media platform features, algorithm changes, and new creator economy technologies to inform and evolve our technical strategies.
  • Execute structured A/B tests on various campaign variables, including creator tiers, content formats, and calls-to-action, to identify key drivers of performance.
  • Manage the product seeding and fulfillment process through integrated logistics platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our influencer partners.
  • Pull and synthesize raw data from disparate sources, including social platform APIs, internal databases, and third-party tools, to create a holistic view of campaign impact.
  • Develop and document clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all technical processes within the influencer campaign lifecycle to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor influencer marketing activities, providing technical breakdowns of their strategies, tool usage, and content performance.
  • Ensure all campaigns and data collection practices are in full compliance with relevant regulations and platform policies, such as FTC disclosure guidelines and GDPR.

Secondary Functions

  • Manage API integrations between our influencer marketing stack and other MarTech platforms, including CRM, analytics suites, and e-commerce systems.
  • Provide essential technical support and training to the broader marketing team on how to effectively utilize influencer marketing tools and interpret performance data.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and exploratory data analysis to uncover new opportunities.
  • Contribute to the organization's data strategy and roadmap by providing insights from the influencer marketing domain.
  • Collaborate with business units to translate data needs into engineering requirements for the data and development teams.
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies within the data engineering team to align on priorities and timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Deep proficiency with at least one major influencer marketing platform (e.g., Grin, CreatorIQ, Aspire, Upfluence).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills using tools like Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, v-lookups), Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
  • Extensive experience with native social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio) and third-party social listening platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch).
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing tracking methodologies, including UTM parameters, affiliate marketing links, and conversion pixels (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • A solid understanding of social media APIs, webhooks, and data integration concepts.
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to manage complex campaign timelines.
  • Foundational understanding of SEO/SEM principles and how they relate to social media and content marketing.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
