Primary Functions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports, providing actionable insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales volume, margin, average transaction value (ATV), and conversion rates across all channels (retail, e-commerce, wholesale).
- Analyze sales data at a granular level—by SKU, collection, material, and price point—to identify top performers, slow-movers, and emerging trends in customer preferences.
- Conduct in-depth post-mortem analysis of promotional campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal events to measure ROI and provide concrete recommendations for future initiatives.

- Partner with the Merchandising team to provide data-driven recommendations for assortment planning, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle management.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market positioning to identify threats and opportunities, ensuring our brand remains competitive and desirable.
- Translate complex datasets and analytical findings into clear, visually compelling presentations and dashboards for senior leadership and other non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive analysis into customer purchasing behavior using CRM data to understand loyalty, repeat purchase rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Identify and quantify key business drivers and sales trends, providing a narrative that explains the "why" behind performance fluctuations.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to analyze online traffic, conversion funnels, and digital marketing effectiveness as they relate to sales outcomes.
- Manage and refine the sales reporting infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for all relevant business users.
