Primary Functions
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with marketing and business objectives to drive user acquisition and engagement for both job seekers and employers.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, long-form articles, career guides, company profiles, and success stories.
- Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content that is relevant to our target audiences and seasonal hiring trends.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all content to improve organic search rankings, drive relevant traffic, and increase visibility for our job listings.
- Oversee and actively manage our social media channels, crafting platform-specific content to build a vibrant community, drive conversations, and promote our job board.
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters for job seekers and lead nurturing sequences for potential employers, to drive repeat visits and conversions.
- Analyze content performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics tools, delivering regular reports on key metrics like traffic, engagement, bounce rate, and lead generation.
- Meticulously review, edit, and optimize job postings submitted by employers to ensure they are clear, compelling, inclusive, and optimized for search visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to develop persuasive employer branding content, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
