The Job Board Coordinator is the engine of our talent attraction strategy. This role is responsible for the entire lifecycle of a job posting, from creation and optimization to performance analysis. You are the guardian of our company's presence on external job boards, ensuring every listing is accurate, engaging, and perfectly positioned to attract top-tier candidates. Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Manage the end-to-end process of posting, updating, and removing job requisitions across a diverse portfolio of external job boards, including major platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter, as well as niche and industry-specific sites.
  • Meticulously review and edit all job descriptions for clarity, grammar, spelling, and adherence to company voice and branding guidelines before they go live.
  • Optimize job titles and descriptions using SEO best practices and relevant keywords to improve search rankings and increase visibility to qualified candidates.
  • Act as the primary liaison and relationship manager for all job board vendors and account representatives, handling communications, service inquiries, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of all job postings, providing regular, insightful reports to the Talent Acquisition team on key metrics like application volume, source effectiveness, and cost-per-application.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the unique requirements of each role, ensuring postings are tailored to attract the right talent pool.
  • Proactively research, evaluate, and recommend new or specialized job boards and advertising channels to enhance our sourcing strategy for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and real-time inventory of all active job postings, tracking their status, performance, and expiration dates across all platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits of our company's career page and external job board presence to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage the contract renewal process for job board subscriptions and advertising packages, assisting with negotiations to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to job board integrations or automated posting feeds from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain a central library of compelling, standardized, and compliant job description templates for various roles and departments.
  • Create and manage A/B testing initiatives for job titles, descriptions, and posting times to continuously improve application rates and candidate quality.
  • Ensure all job advertisements are fully compliant with legal standards and regulations, including EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) and OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) guidelines.
  • Strategically coordinate and manage sponsored job campaigns and featured placements to provide an extra visibility boost for high-priority or critical roles.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to the recruitment team on best practices for writing effective job descriptions and leveraging job board features.
  • Process and track all invoices and expenses related to recruitment advertising, ensuring accurate budget management and reconciliation.
  • Pull, consolidate, and synthesize data from our ATS and various job boards to build comprehensive performance dashboards that inform future strategy.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, new technologies, and innovative strategies in the recruitment marketing and talent attraction landscape.
  • Partner with the Employer Branding and Marketing teams to align job posting content with broader company messaging and campaigns.

  • Participate actively in team meetings, sprint planning, and brainstorming sessions to help improve our talent attraction processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Deep proficiency with at least one major Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday Recruiting, or iCIMS.
  • Advanced knowledge of the dashboards, features, and best practices for major job boards, including LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Glassdoor.
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel for data manipulation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience with basic data analysis and the ability to create clear, actionable reports and performance dashboards.
  • A solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and how to apply them effectively to job descriptions and titles.
  • Familiarity with the concepts of recruitment marketing, programmatic job advertising, and source-of-hire tracking.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with system integrations, job feeds, or platform-specific posting errors.
  • Experience managing a budget, processing vendor invoices, and tracking advertising spend.
  • Competency in using social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) for professional networking and job promotion.
  • Foundational knowledge of EEO and OFCCP compliance standards as they pertain to job advertising.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Typical Experience Range:
