Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage the end-to-end, full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of clients, from initial job intake and consultation to final offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Develop and nurture robust, long-term relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deeply understand their business objectives, company culture, and specific talent needs.
- Proactively source, identify, and attract a pipeline of highly qualified candidates using a multi-channel approach, including professional networks, social media platforms like LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and direct outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive screening interviews and in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term career ambitions.
- Act as a career advisor to candidates, providing expert guidance on resume building, interview preparation, market trends, and effective negotiation strategies.
- Skillfully present a curated shortlist of qualified candidates to clients, articulating each individual's strengths and suitability for the role in a compelling and detailed manner.
- Coordinate and schedule all stages of the interview process between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless, positive, and efficient experience for all parties.
- Mediate the negotiation process, including salary, benefits, and start dates, acting as a trusted intermediary to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Consistently meet and exceed placement targets and revenue goals through strategic planning and persistent execution.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all client and candidate interactions, job orders, and placement activities within the company's CRM or ATS.
