Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Draft, review, and meticulously edit job descriptions in close collaboration with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure they are accurate, inclusive, compelling, and free of bias.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of distributing and posting job advertisements across a diverse portfolio of platforms, including the company careers page, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and various niche or industry-specific job boards.
  • Act as a brand steward, developing and maintaining a consistent and engaging employer brand voice and tone across all job postings to ensure alignment with company culture and marketing guidelines.
  • Proactively monitor the performance of all active job postings, tracking key metrics such as view counts, click-through rates, and application volume to analyze effectiveness and inform future strategy.
  • Conduct regular, systematic audits of all live job postings to confirm information is current, application links are active, and listings are closed promptly once a position is filled or put on hold.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to its full potential for posting, tracking, and managing job requisitions and the corresponding flow of candidates.
  • Research and identify new and emerging job boards, social media platforms, and other innovative recruitment channels to expand our talent reach and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Apply SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices to all job posting content, strategically using relevant keywords and formatting to increase visibility and attract a high volume of organic applicants.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and communications teams to create and distribute engaging recruitment content, including social media posts and visuals, to promote key roles and hiring campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date digital library of job description templates, ensuring they are easily accessible and regularly reviewed for compliance and relevance.
  • Guarantee that all job postings and recruitment advertising materials are fully compliant with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations and all other local and national legal standards.
  • Manage and track the budget allocated for job board postings and recruitment advertising campaigns, providing analysis to ensure a strong return on investment.
  • Generate and present regular, data-driven reports to the Talent Acquisition team on posting activity, channel effectiveness, and cost-per-application/hire metrics.
  • Serve as a helpful and professional primary point of contact for basic inquiries from candidates regarding job postings, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Perform initial screening of applications against minimum qualifications for high-volume roles, helping to build a qualified shortlist for the recruitment team.
  • Partner with recruiters to deeply understand the unique requirements and selling points of each role, translating those key attributes into persuasive and attractive ad copy.
  • Coordinate international job postings as required, taking into account local language translations, currency, and specific legal requirements for each region.
  • Assist in the development and tactical execution of targeted recruitment marketing campaigns for hard-to-fill or business-critical positions.
  • Stay consistently informed on industry trends and best practices in job advertising, employer branding, and candidate attraction strategies to keep our approach fresh and competitive.
  • Skillfully format job descriptions using basic HTML or other formatting tools to ensure they are visually appealing, well-structured, and easy to read on various devices and platforms.

Secondary Functions

  • Support the recruitment coordination team with interview scheduling or other logistical tasks during periods of high hiring volume.
  • Contribute to broader employer branding projects, such as gathering employee testimonials or writing content for the company's careers blog.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and accuracy of candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to share insights on labor market trends and candidate feedback gathered from posting responses and interactions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one major Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Taleo).
  • Job Board Management: Deep familiarity with the back-end of major job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, including posting and analytics features.
  • MS Office / Google Suite: High proficiency in word processing (Word/Docs) and spreadsheet (Excel/Sheets) software for drafting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Basic SEO Knowledge: Understanding of keyword research and on-page optimization principles as they apply to job descriptions.
  • Excellent Writing & Editing: The ability to write clear, compelling, and grammatically perfect copy tailored to specific audiences.
  • Data Entry: Fast and accurate data entry skills for managing information across multiple systems.
  • Basic HTML: Familiarity with basic HTML tags (e.g., <p>, <ul>, <li>, <b>) for formatting text is a strong plus.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent. An Associate's Degree is often preferred.
