Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Craft, edit, and proofread compelling, inclusive, and on-brand job descriptions that accurately reflect role responsibilities and resonate with our desired candidate personas.
- Strategically post and manage job advertisements across a diverse portfolio of platforms, including our company careers page, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, niche industry boards, and university portals.
- Optimize all job postings for search engine visibility (SEO) by researching and implementing relevant keywords, titles, and formatting to improve organic reach and attract qualified applicants.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of job postings, tracking key metrics such as application volume, source of hire, click-to-apply rates, and cost-per-application using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other analytics tools.
- Conduct A/B testing on job titles, description content, and calls-to-action to continuously refine our strategy and improve candidate conversion rates.
- Manage vendor relationships with job boards and other advertising partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring we are maximizing our return on investment.
- Ensure all job postings and recruitment marketing materials are compliant with federal and state employment laws, including EEO and OFCCP regulations.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of each role's requirements, challenges, and unique selling points.
- Maintain and continuously improve a centralized library of job description templates, style guides, and best-practice documentation for the talent acquisition team.
- Research and identify new and emerging job boards, social media platforms, and innovative sourcing channels to attract a diverse and highly skilled talent pool.
- Develop and execute a strategic job posting calendar to ensure consistent visibility for high-priority and evergreen roles.
- Perform regular audits of all active job postings across all platforms to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and functionality.
- Leverage social media channels to promote key job openings and engage with potential candidates through targeted content and community interaction.
- Analyze competitor job postings and recruitment marketing strategies to identify industry trends and opportunities for differentiation.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to talent acquisition leadership to inform sourcing strategies and budget allocation.
- Manage the recruitment advertising budget, carefully tracking spend and performance to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Act as the subject matter expert on job posting best practices, providing training and guidance to other members of the HR and recruiting teams.
- Write and deploy targeted email campaigns to nurture passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future openings.
- Ensure a consistent and positive employer brand voice is maintained across all external-facing recruitment materials.
- Utilize Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates when not actively managing job postings.
