Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Actively source passive candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to build robust talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial screening calls and video interviews with applicants to assess their qualifications, motivations, and cultural alignment with our company values.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of job requirements, team dynamics, and the ideal candidate profile for each role.
- Manage and maintain the candidate pipeline within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data privacy regulations.
- Craft and post engaging and inclusive job descriptions on various career sites and job boards, ensuring they accurately reflect the role and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
- Schedule and coordinate complex interview loops between candidates and multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone involved.
- Provide timely and professional communication to all candidates, delivering updates on their application status and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to final decision.
- Assist in the development and execution of innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to define search parameters, key competencies, and performance indicators for open requisitions.
- Support the coordination and execution of virtual and in-person recruiting events, such as career fairs, university information sessions, and tech meetups.
- Gather and compile feedback from interview panels to help guide data-driven hiring decisions and provide constructive insights to the recruitment team.
- Assist in building and nurturing talent communities for high-priority roles, engaging potential future candidates through targeted content and outreach.
- Learn and utilize various recruiting technologies and tools, including the ATS, CRM, and sourcing extensions, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by assisting with social media content creation and highlighting our company culture and employee value proposition.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and candidate pipeline health, to support team goals.
- Assist with the offer extension process, including drafting offer letters and managing pre-employment background checks and documentation.
Secondary Functions
- Research and map talent markets to provide competitive intelligence on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by identifying and engaging candidates from underrepresented backgrounds and ensuring equitable hiring practices.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)

- Experience with or ability to quickly learn an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Familiarity with professional networking and sourcing platforms, particularly LinkedIn and its Recruiter functionality.
- Basic understanding of Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover hidden talent.
