Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to review, draft, and refine job descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect role responsibilities and required qualifications.
- Assist in conducting comprehensive job analysis to understand the duties, skills, and requirements of various positions across the organization.
- Support the maintenance and organization of the company's central job description library, ensuring all documentation is current, consistent, and easily accessible.
- Learn and apply fundamental principles of compensation by assisting in market research and salary benchmarking for various roles to support competitive pay decisions.
- Post and manage job requisitions across multiple platforms, including the company careers page, LinkedIn, and other specialized job boards, ensuring brand consistency.
- Participate in the initial screening of resumes and applications, meticulously matching candidate profiles against the specific criteria outlined in the job specification.
- Help develop and standardize interview question templates and evaluation rubrics tailored to specific roles and core company competencies.

- Gain proficiency in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by entering, updating, and maintaining accurate candidate and requisition data throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Secondary Functions
- Provide general administrative support to the broader Human Resources team, including data entry, document management, and preparing materials for meetings.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of recruitment events, such as career fairs, university information sessions, and virtual hiring open houses.
- Contribute to the new hire onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and assisting with Day 1 activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
