Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Operate and monitor a variety of juice processing equipment, including industrial blenders, pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, and filling/bottling lines to ensure continuous and efficient production.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients, fruit concentrates, and functional additives according to precise batch sheets and proprietary recipes to guarantee product consistency.
- Execute comprehensive Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Clean-out-of-Place (COP) sanitation procedures on all tanks, pipelines, and processing machinery to maintain a sterile and hygienic production environment.
- Conduct regular and scheduled in-process quality control checks, testing for critical parameters such as Brix (sugar content), pH, acidity, and temperature to ensure all product specifications are met.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks on equipment, such as lubrication, gasket changes, and minor adjustments, to minimize operational downtime and extend machinery life.
- Diligently and accurately complete all required production and quality documentation, including batch records, sanitation logs, and traceability reports, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues with processing equipment in real-time, effectively escalating complex mechanical or electrical problems to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
- Strictly adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols, and company-wide safety policies to ensure product safety and a secure work environment.
- Skillfully manage the transfer of juice product between various stages of production, from blending tanks to pasteurization units and finally to the filling lines, maintaining product integrity throughout.
- Inspect raw materials and ingredients upon receipt for quality, integrity, and adherence to specifications, promptly reporting any non-conformances to the quality or supply chain teams.
- Efficiently set up, calibrate, and execute changeovers on production lines for different juice products or bottle sizes, focusing on minimizing waste and maximizing uptime.
- Monitor and control established Critical Control Points (CCPs) within the process, such as pasteurization time and temperature, to guarantee the commercial sterility and safety of the final product.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, actively participating in regular housekeeping and 5S organizational activities within the processing department.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, such as electric forklifts and pallet jacks, to move raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team, including other technicians, quality assurance staff, and supervisors, to communicate progress and achieve daily production targets.

- Assist in the physical management and digital tracking of raw material and ingredient inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation and First-In, First-Out (FIFO) usage.
